Leaving for Orford Sound Art Workshop
This Sunday I will be leaving for Magog, Canada to spend two weeks of intense study on sound composition at the Orford Sound Art workshop. I’ve got some projects to complete there, and am really looking forward to the chance to study with Yves Daoust and Gilles Gobeil (not to mention meeting John Oswald of plunderphonics fame and all the other great composers and performers that will be in attendance). Anyway, enough name dropping… This is going to be a great chance for me to get really focused and learn more about sound and sound composition. Wish me luck!
